Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and tell us where the video deviates from the scene plan you approved. We either fix it (fastest, usually) or refund the month — your choice if it's your first video.
Every video includes two free revision rounds. Most "this isn't right" moments are a one-round fix — a scene image, a re-read line, a pacing change. Revisions never cost extra within your two rounds.
Cancel any time, self-serve, no retention flows. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep everything already delivered and any banked videos until they expire (unused videos roll forward one month, maximum bank of two months' allotment).
Delivered videos that match their approved scene plan after your revision rounds are used. We'll still talk — but the approved plan is the contract.
Refunds go back the way they came: card refunds to the card, crypto refunds in the same token to the paying wallet.
